This Privacy Policy explains how we, Voice Lawyers Pty Ltd (ABN:44 620 012 320) and Lewis Borg Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN: 83 169 183 288) Collectively (“Us”) will collect, use and otherwise handle any personal information that we collect from you when you use our websites and add on services including Settify, Mailchimp, Separation Guide or other CRMs  and integrations to our legal practice management software and if you sign up to our email newsletter or book an appointment or course through our portal, which are together referred to as the “Website”.

1. Collecting Information

1.1 We are careful with your personal information and secure it from unauthorised access, use or disclosure to the best of our ability.

1.2 As a visitor to our website: If you are just browsing our website and don’t complete any online form, we don’t collect personal information from you which would enable us to identify you.

1.3 If you are a visitor to our website, we may collect information for a number of reasons such as: 

1.3.1 For the purpose of measurement, including the number of visitors to the sire each say, the number of pages visited and the length of time people spend on those pages

1.3.2 You may be enquiring about our services and you need to register your details with us so that the appropriate person can contact you. 

1.3.3 We will use your personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles, for the purposes for which it is collected and to provide you with information on services and products.  

1.4 This information referred to above is provided by you voluntarily. 

1.5 We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties.

1.6 We collect and use your personal information to operate our website and deliver the services you require from our website.

1.7 The personal information collected and stored by us about you generally includes your name, address, contact details including phone, and email as provided to us. We require this information to enable us to contact you as part of our day to day business dealings and correspondence.

2. Creating an account or completing an enquiring on the Website

2.1 When you enquire we collect information about you in order to assess if we can assist you. This information also allows us to do a conflict check and to ascertain if we are able to discuss a matter with you.  

2.2 During this process of enquiring, we will collect and retain your basic personal information. We will further retain information about your enquiry, history and preferences.

3. Subscribing to Our Newsletter

3.1 If you enquire and provide us with your email and personal details you will automatically be added to our CRM and email database.

3.2 If you subscribe to our newsletter through any of the website(s) then you agree to allow     us to send you promotional material and updates. The policies of Mailchimp (available here https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/) will apply and you can unsubscribe at any time. unsubscribe then we cannot guarantee you will receive vital information. 

4. Accuracy of Information

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is current accurate and complete. If you believe that the information we have about you is not current, accurate of complete, we ask that you let us know. 

5. Navigating through the Website

We may use session ‘cookies’ to automatically collect information about your IP address and web browser (and similar software) each time you navigate through the Website. A ‘cookie’ is a small data file that’s stored on your web browser when you access the Website. Session cookies enable you to suspend your browsing activities on the Website and come back after a limited time without losing your page or having to re-enter your log in details. 6.Universal (Google) Analytics

The Website may use Universal (Google) Analytics to analyse the use of the Website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers.
